Modernising a fragmented enterprise application estate without a big-bang rewrite

In an earlier partner-led engagement, multiple portals were progressively brought behind a common user experience using a micro-frontend architecture. Selected modules were modernised while necessary legacy applications remained in service, and backend capabilities were decomposed into more autonomous services with clearer boundaries and reduced coupling.
