Rockimals is a child-friendly space-learning app. Parents and guardians should read this policy before allowing a child to use the app.

What we process

Rockimals does not create child profiles, require a name or email address, show advertising, sell personal information, or use behavioural advertising.

To keep the service safe and working, we process a pseudonymous installation credential and its one-way server-side digest, device-integrity evidence, platform, selected language, and the time zone used to choose the correct daily story. Our service provider may process network information, including IP address, in transit; Rockimals stores a one-way rate-limit digest rather than a raw IP address.

If a parent buys or restores Rockimals Plus, Apple App Store or Google Play processes the payment. RevenueCat helps us verify the anonymous purchase entitlement. We receive subscription status and technical transaction or entitlement information needed to provide Plus; we do not receive card numbers.

If a parent turns on story reminders, we process the device push token, chosen reminder time, time zone, language, platform, and notification permission state. These are used only to send the requested reminder. We do not retain story text, a child profile, or notification-engagement analytics for that feature.

Why we use it

We use this information to secure access, limit abuse, provide stories in the chosen language and local day, verify Plus access, send an opted-in reminder, and maintain the service. We do not use it to make marketing profiles or to track a child across apps or websites.

Sharing and retention

We share data only with service providers that operate these functions: Apple or Google for store purchases and notifications, RevenueCat for subscription verification, Supabase for protected backend services, and the providers needed to operate those services. We do not sell data or share it for targeted advertising.

There is currently no fixed automatic deletion period for installation, security, subscription-verification, reminder-preference or reminder-delivery records. These records may remain until they are manually deleted. A parent or guardian can request deletion using the contact details below.

Temporary registration-verification records become eligible for cleanup once they have been expired for more than one day. They are removed during a subsequent registration request, rather than on a guaranteed 24-hour schedule.

When a request to turn reminders off in the app reaches our service, the notification token is removed. Turning reminders off does not itself delete the other preference or delivery records.

Apple, Google and RevenueCat retain their own purchase and verification records under their respective retention policies and applicable legal requirements.

Parent choices and requests

A parent can turn reminders off in the app or device settings, manage a subscription in the app store, and ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict applicable service-side data at info@duniaops.com. Because Rockimals is account-free, we may ask for limited technical information to locate a pseudonymous installation. A parent may also complain to the relevant data protection authority where applicable.

International transfers and changes

Our providers may process information outside your country. We use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law. We will post an updated effective date when this policy changes and provide any additional notice required by law.
